Member Rate: In order to receive member rates for the conference, you must be a current ASLIA or SLIANZ member. Membership is available from the ASLIA website www.aslia.com.au. Memberships will be confirmed with ASLIA and/or SLIANZ.
Official Filming & Photography: ASLIA will take photographs and will film many of the presentations at ANC 2012. By registering for the ANC, you should understand that you may appear in the photographs and/or video footage taken at the events and that ASLIA National will retain the copyright on this material. Such material may be used by ASLIA National for purposes including: the development of interpreter training resources; for promotional purposes; and/or as a record of the highlights of the ITNS and ANC 2012. Proceeding with registration for the ANC and/or the ITNS will be considered consent to being photographed or filmed at these events.
Registration: Delegates are personally responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses associated with these. Meals provided during the ANC and the ITNS are only those outlined in this registration form. Delegates are responsible for all other meals and personal expenses.
ITNS Information: Information concerning the Interpreter Trainers’ Network Symposium (ITNS) can be found at: www.asliaconference.org.au on the ITNS page. Specific queries about the ITNS can be emailed to itn@aslia.com.au
Payments: ASLIA cannot be held responsible for any monies lost, either by mail or via online banking. Payments made into the bank account, either at a branch or via online banking, must show clearly who has made payment.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for cancelled registrations up to and including 24 July 2012. From the 25 July 2012 there will be absolutely no refund, regardless of circumstance.
Registration cancellations will ONLY be accepted in writing. To cancel your registration, please email info@asliaconference.org.au
Confirmation: Your registration shall be confirmed only when we have: a) established your ASLIA/SLIANZ membership status; b) when confirmation of full payment has been received; and, c) when any outstanding banking fees have been paid. Once these details have been finalised, a confirmation of registration will be sent to you via email within two weeks. Please contact info@asliaconference.org.au if you do not receive confirmation after three weeks.
