ITN Symposium

ASLIA National 8th Interpreter Trainers’ Network Symposium
Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th August 2012

The annual ASLIA National Interpreter Trainers’ Network (ITN) Symposium offers interpreter educators, trainers and mentors an opportunity to come together to share information, expertise and resources. The ITN Symposium takes place immediately after the ASLIA National Conference (ANC). Delegates in attendance at the ITN Symposium are typically signed language interpreter educators, trainers, mentors and practitioner-researchers from across Australia, and overseas. The ITN Symposium is the only regular opportunity available in the southern hemisphere for these delegates to come together and share teaching resources and strategies, discuss developments in the field, and network with national and international peers involved in interpreter education, training and mentoring.

Registration for the Interpreter Trainers’ Network Symposium is now open. To register for the Symposium, please click on the ANC “Fees and Registration” tab and scroll down the page to find the ITN Symposium registration details.
